Warranty

If it breaks, we'll replace it.

It's a tile. It shouldn't break. Ceramic disagrees with floors, and floors usually win.

So: one free replacement per tile, for as long as we're here. We don't want the pieces back — posting broken ceramic across an ocean helps nobody. Send a photograph instead.

The terms, such as they are

  1. Your tile must be registered. The registry is how we know the tile is yours. If you haven't registered it yet, do that first — it takes a minute.
  2. Send a photograph of the broken tile with its code still legible — the pieces and the engraved code in the same shot. That single photo is the whole claim.
  3. Keep the pieces, or don't. We don't want them returned. Mind the edges; broken ceramic is sharp.
  4. One replacement per tile. The replacement keeps your edition number. A new certificate comes with it.
  5. Breakage only. Scratches are not breakage. Scratches are character, and we did warn you.
  6. The tile is free. Postage isn't. We cover the tile and the certificate; you cover shipping.

This warranty is offered in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, and does not limit or replace them.

The broken pieces and the engraved code, in the same shot. One photo is enough.
